I understand system failures, not a problem. But not handing someone back their license is not okay. I get being overwhelmed and frustrated, but this isnt a credit or debit card that I can just freeze. Its my identity that can cause me a world of problems, mentally and financially.
Tried multiple times to reach the GM and he never responded back. Sure, youre closed for the evening. However, when your corporate is calling you and leaving messages to please respond because one of your employees screwed up and did not return someones DRIVERS LICENSE, thats a big deal. Disappointed in that situations handling. Yet, I am not at all surprised.
Dont be in a salaried, higher up position if you cant be reachable and accountable 24/7. This issue was not minor, it was major.

Worst customer service ive ever experience here.
I know nothing will be done since it was the owner Aaron. But u should be nicer and more patient with ur customer bc i almost slapped u.

Rented a motorcycle trailer here. Quick and easy, trailer was in great shape. The owner was helpful and friendly
