      image My washer I bought stopped draining so I have I warranty so they came out took washer to get it fixed. Lo and behold they leave the hot and cold valves on before they leave floods my whole basement. Called manager of course he takes up for his employees and says its impossible. Which clearly they did it bc no one else would and I never had water leaks previously. Manager refuses to pay for serf pro services & only offered to take a couple payments off my bill. While constantly claims its my fault
