image Worst experience. I have taken the quarterly service of pest control. I got one inspection and one service and the roaches were still there. They have this money back guarantee which says if you are not satisfied with the service they will give full refund. I called them saying the roaches are still there after the service, so I requested to cancel the service and refund the amount. They said they will schedule one more service and if I am not satisfied with the service they will cancel. They sent a service guy and he inspected and sprayed something in the house, still the roaches were there. I called them and asked for cancellation of services. They said the amount will not be refunded. I went ahead and cancelled the service. Then I got an email saying I have a balance due. I called them again and they said they will take it off because I didnt receive the service. Today I got a mail saying amount is due and this is last notice, then it will be sent to collections. I tried calling them but no response. Service is not great and they charge money for the service you didnt take.

He comes quickly and will try a new treatment if necessary. We live in Morehead City and really appreciate him coming all this way. We highly recommend him!

image Before we bought or townhouse in April 2023, Massey Services was hired to treat a termite issue. Being new homeowners, we didnt know what termite damage looked like. 3-4 months after Masseys treatment we started to see signs of further Termite damage after googling it. So I contacted Massey Services directly to see what they could do. I scheduled a free inspection for them to come out and look at what I was seeing. When they didnt show up at the time they were supposed to on a Friday (which I left work early in order to be there for the inspection) I got in touch with someone who worked for Massey and they had apparently forgotten to add a technician to the appointment. I was told our only option was to reschedule and the closest appointment they had was the next Friday during work hours. Luckily my boyfriend was able to be there, but they showed up at 10:40am instead of the 12pm appointment time. While at work I had to call and see what had happened. They showed up early because it worked with the technicians schedule but we were able to get them to come back later that afternoon and do the inspection. The inspector said we still had a warranty from our initial treatment and that we would have the initial treatment done on September 28th but I had to call and get more info because a time was never told to us. I rescheduled it for Friday September 29th between 12 and 1:30pm so that my boyfriend could be home with the person treating it. They showed up super early on the 29th as my boyfriend was about to head into work for a couple hours around 8:20am. The Massey Services guy asked if he could come treat the outside and we could reschedule to have the interior treated (where our biggest concerns were). My boyfriend ended up not going into work to accommodate the service technicians schedule and for us to get treatment sooner rather than later. I spoke to the technician over the phone and asked if he was going to use Termidor or something similar to treat our house. He asked oh you want me to spray too? Ummm, of course I wanted him to spray. When he came in to treat our house, he left muddy footprints and said he sprayed and caulked everything he needed too. It seems as though he wiped away the dirt tracks from the termites after spraying and left the gaps in the ceiling completely open (not caulking them). There was spray residue all over our floors and we have two dogs who live here. We didnt receive any sort of report or receipt of service or anything. No follow up. Nothing. I 100% do not recommend using Massey Services if you have a serious issue that needs to be taken care of professionally. The multiple times I was on the phone with them I asked to speak to a manager and the best I got was a front office manager, not the service manager. I do not wish this type of service on my worst enemy. 0/10 recommend. Services: Termite inspection, Termite extermination
