One star if we are talking about the cable itself. The pixeling across some channels is constant and very annoying. For the price paid for the cable, it's a deal breaker. Had to leave Google TV and choose Spectrum. What a big mistake. Now have Dish

They added on an extra charge for spectrum voice despite saying many times we didn’t want the service and then when you try to cancel it they say you have to completely change the modem and cancel the service… f spectrum and their greedy and sneaky ways. When we had AT&T we at least never had to deal with this shady bs.

I tried service with Spectrum for a little bit, but the internet service is lacking.
I stopped services due to the lack of quality.
However, I ended up paying for a month of service that was 100% avoidable if Spectrum had better communication skills and a concern for the client.
I also used their website to elect the “Do not call, email, mail, or knock” feature under privacy preferences. Guess what? They still contact me.
I just did the form again today. I bet I will continue getting mail even after the 60-day grace period.
When I called to complain about how the end of my services went and the continued contact from Spectrum, the representative was only concerned with getting me to sign up for more service.
He even offered to refund me for the money they basically stole. What the company does not seem to realize is that morals matter. I will never spend my money with them again.
I literally called to say you stole my money and now I just don’t want to be bothered. Yet, I was pressured about five times to just buy more service.
I do not want to be contacted by phone, email, mail, or in person by this company ever again.
This is my public cry for help since they just don’t seem to get it.
Stay away from Spectrum!
And Spectrum, if you see this, stop contacting people that tell you to leave them alone.

Idk if this was their fault but they tacked on a 20 dollar tv charge that we didn't sign up for half way through the year. Customer support also takes forever on the phone
