      image I have worked here twice once for 7 years as a machinist and once for 5 years as a manufacturing engineer. Its a decent place for beginners to learn. The pay is below average for the area but the insurance is really good for the area.They didnt let me work my notice either time but opted to let me go the next day both times. The equipment is ok but really sub par for the performance they expect, and they seem reluctant to invest in the proper equipment or maintain the equipment they have. Current upper management seriously lacks people and teamwork skills. I would work here again if I needed too. This is an honest and accurate unbiased review from my experience there.

      image I worked there before had to leave for medical issues applied again about 2 weeks ago weld test done but because had left before and now wanted to come back they have not contacted me since weld test because Tim mgr has issue with my past with them but won't even call to say sorry can not bring you back just ignore my checking on progress
