They called me right back and showed up same day. I was impressed that they were able to fix the problem (replaced a belt) rather than replace the entire unit. Super friendly and local too!

I'd give 6 stars if I could! We just moved out here to NC from the west coast. Just moved into our house here in Troutman. My garage needed a tuneup. I found Race City Garage/Joe online. When I called, his wife told me that he can be here in 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it but Joe did show up in about 15 minutes. Super quick! Joe did an excellent job with my 3 car garage doors at a great price. Joe is a very nice guy and truly a professional. I will be using Joe for now on. I highly recommend Joe and Race City Garage. Thank you Joe!

Had an issue with my garage door. Called 10:00 am on Saturday morning. They put me on the schedule and my door was fixed by 1:00.
The door needed a major adjustment Joe knew exactly what to do. I would recommend Joe to anyone that needs anything done with their garage door. Honest and appropriately priced.

Called Race City to set up an appt. for an est. got one the next day(sat.) Miss Kim was very nice and professional, sent Joe to my home an hour earlier than scheduled. She called to let me know he was on the way. Joe arrived, looked at job gave me a very good price, set up, fixed the broken spring in less than an hour. Awesome work, good price and fast. I will recommend them. Thank you Race City.
