FCE has helped us so much. We definitely recommend this company. The technicians show up on time, do a fantastic job and have some of the best customer service we’ve dealt with. They are so fairly priced and they really go above and beyond with making sure that the client is taken care of. Chris was our technician today and we couldn’t be happier with his service!

We have worked with Factory Cleaning Equipment before and had a decent experience. This time around, as we were opening our new CrossFit box, we contacted them to see about a smaller floor scrubber. It took months of hunting them down before we could get anyone out to the new location for a demo. The technician who came out was friendly and knowledgable. He recommended and showed me a machine that is perfect for our space. He was there mid-week and said if we ordered we could have a machine by the end of the week. We ordered the machine the next day. That was over a month ago. We still have not received our machine, and there is no communication from FCE about when we can expect it. They have not been responding to my emails, and they do not call with updates or to inform us of delays. I only find out more information when I make the effort to call them, and even then, I do not get all the information I am asking for. We were FINALLY supposed to receive our machine yesterday, waited for it, but it did not come. There was no update from FCE. I emailed to ask about the status. No response. I had to call again today in order to find out that the machine still has not even shipped. It is my understanding, after calling them this morning, that they were waiting for a part from another company before it could ship out, but they did not update us that there was a delay. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and the difficulty of the entire process.
