      image When someone is specific about where their money needs to go, as a teller, you should listen. 12/29 the teller who was at the drive thru wanted to help with the back up of people inside but in his haste put my rent deposit in the wrong account which has had disastrous effects. The lack of attention to peoples livelihood is astounding. I know it can get busy but mistakes like this have huge effects on the lives of your customers.

      image Why does this bank think they don't have to answer the phone?? I live far from the bank and need to cash a large check. Wanted to verify they would have the funds so I don't have to waste an hour driving. I have been calling for two hours. I am assuming they just leave the ringer off.
