image I am a new member. Today was the first time I stepped foot in this store. So far, I have experienced bad customer service, and the parking in Matthews is very tight. Also, you wait in a long line to check out, only to wait again to get out of the store. They scanned my receipt and my item again!

image I was in the self checkout with 1 lady in front of me. After scanning all items, she searched through her purse and phone for close to 10 minutes.She then looked around needing help. I asked an employee she couldnt see to come help. The customer explained she didnt have her money with and asked her order to be canceled. The employee did this and proceeded to keep talking to her, blocking the line,for nearly 5 minutes. I then asked are you going to be much longer. To which the employee responded were talking. I said I just want to know if I should go to another line. The employee said do want you want. All lines were busy. All the employee had todo was void the transaction and move away to further talk.
I abandoned my cart and left. Lousy customer service. Ill do my shopping at Costco.
