      image I took my Genesis GV60 in to be serviced. The check in process is very smooth. However, my car was kept for over 2 weeks, with no communication from the service rep at all. And even then, I had to call THEM. Left a voice message twice with no call back. I finally called and held on the line until I was able to speak with someone. This was for fairly minor service. The work seems to have been good, however, communication needs improving.
