I feel like I have just been scammed. Had 2 jumpsuits altered at the straps because they were big. Kept asking me you also want press, I press for you. I was like ok. She never mentioned charge for pressing. I left and returned a few days to pick up. Total cost $68. Informed her she never told me there was a charge for pressing. She pushed pressing. She didnt seem to care. She literally only brought up the straps of the jumpsuits which were cropped. Dont go there. I know the world is in trouble with shortages of staff and some businesses are slow, but this was robbery. Also there are no price signs for alterations or pressing. So disappointed. 1st time at that place as it was referred and surely my last. Services: Clothes pressing, Alterations

They know how to clean stuff and they have a daughter to take care of. English is not everyone's first language and people need to know this.

Rude not professional poorly mannered treatment This place should shut down I will contact shopping center management to close them down Outdated slow service also female attendant is out of line angry does not understand how and what customer service is Will never give them my business again.
