I would highly recommend this Subway. Service was wonderful & polite & very pleasant. The workers Alex & Riva were extremely kind and patient with my questions & they're extremely sufficient and speedy on their service and my sub was really fresh and delicious especially when I noticed that I could see everything and watch them put it together and observe with my own eyes the quality of everything and how very delicious everything looked and how fresh it was. I had a coupon and they were very kind to help me with it very fast. All Subway restaurants pretty much look the same and they're all supposed to be set up with the same service, but I highly recommend that you consider this locations service and the food try it, it's really worth it!!!

I would give no stars but it won't let me so 1 it is. I called 5 times trying to order thi king maybe they were just busy. Then I walked in and called again....3 employee up front with 2 in line being served. No one would answer the phone. That is no way to run a business and the manager should be held accountable since she was in front as well.

I tried calling several times but no answer. I wanted to place an order via phone. I got there and the store was empty and nasty. I asked an employee what was the stores number, to ensure I was calling the correct number and I was and she said she misplaced the phone is why they didn't answer it. I ordered two turkey footlongs. When he was done fixing the sandwiches, he cut my sub with a knife covered in tuna. He tried to wipe some of the tuna off of the knife before he cut my sub using "the counter", but my sub still tasted like tuna. Unsanitary....my son didn't eat his sandwich.

My husband just picked up two subs and when he got home they were not what he ordered.How does this happen?You have to stand in line and follow your order down the line.People need to pay attention to what they are doing.

I have been a loyal customer for many years.
I have spent a lot of money in this store and I always leave tips for the employees. BUT I've been noticing a lot of different things that make unhappy and grossed out. The drink machine is leaking into the floor, the pipes keep bursting into the floor and owner will not fix them. No one sweeps under this sandwich counter and never see anyone cleaning the dinning room, tables are always dirty, and bathroom is always a mess. Also, the manager, Connie, is always yelling and screaming at either the employees or customers. She always complaining about some nonsense. So doesn't seem to want to do her job. She be-littles and degrades her staff in front of everyone. Connie gives free food to her friends. The owner Scott, became violent and disrespectful towards me when I tried to complain about events i witnessed. I saw Connie take a sub that was wrapped out of trash a give to customer. Scott was aggressive with me, even of I wasn't on his property. This location should be closed based on the nastiness and poor management.
