I couldn't get service done on my refrigerator and he helped me find someone who would and arranged it - they also installed my dishwasher and range and did an impeccable job! Rodney and his team are excellent at what they do. For us, they made accurate diagnoses, stayed on top of multiple parallel failures and their solutions (fridge/freezer related with a built-in), and were timely and professional. After trying for weeks to find someone who could repair a Miele dishwasher, I contacted Pro Appliance. I could not have been more pleased. They traveled 75 miles to our home and I couldn't even get anyone to hardly travel across town to look at our appliance. This company was contracted by Distinctive Kitchens in Raleigh.  We were told they would install our microwave/convection oven for $350. We weren't home so we made arrangements to let them come in and install the new double oven. They came and removed the original double oven and threw it away.  I had it sold for $475. I never received a call from the owner or any apologies from management for the miscommunication. The crews had left a large hole at the top of the ovens.  We knew that the new ovens were a bit smaller than the original ones they threw away or sold. They left the large gap at the top and when I called to ask them to raise the oven so the gap was on the bottom, they wanted another $350 to raise it. They never pulled any permit to have their electrical work inspected by a licensed electrician. I cannot seem to find where they are licensed to install electrical appliances. I filed a complaint with the NC electrical contractors board to inquire about their practices. If you use them, make sure you ask about getting all wiring permitted and inspected. This company left our newly renovated kitchen in shambles and refused to communicate with us. Look elsewhere.  Poor management Tim in Hillsborough

I called Pro Appliance before a holiday weekend and they showed up the very next day to install my new microwave. James showed up on time and was extremely courteous and professional. I will be using them again the next time I need help with an appliance repair or installation.
