The girls in this store are so rude. So rude that Ive been standing in the store trying to return a modem for 15 minutes & havent even received a hello, how can we help, nothing. Lol. One of the girls just walked out like she doesnt even see me. Do better

I was unhappy with the store employees & their phone stock. I didn't get a welcome feeling, more like they preferred I wasn't there. Didn't give any helpful suggestions regarding my phone except offering other Spectrum store locations. On a more positive note...Spectrum phone reception is great.

We stood there 20 minutes looking at phones and then when someone come to help us they told us we had to put a mask on. If they had told us that to start with we would not have been standing there so long. They come and talk with us at the beginning but they did not tell us about a mask. There were other people in there looking at phones without a mask.
