Customer service is horrible. I quit buying from them because you never get what you need. They blame you for there mistakes. It happens over and over. They have cost me several accounts.

Our countertops took a week longer than promised and were damaged upon pickup. JJ tried saying they weren't damaged even though there was a chip off the edge and finally said that it just wasn't noticable. He wouldn't give us any compensation, only said he could reorder which would take another 6 weeks which we couldn't wait and had already paid in full. This company does not care about residential orders and will not correct when there are issues.
