      image I live 25 minutes away from this bank . I spoke to a lady thats the supervisor of this branch before going .I asked can I schedule an appointment with her over the phone to make a checking account . She told me yes I just have to get there before 12/1pm . I arrived at 11:10 and the supervisor gonna tell me that she dont have any account kits to create my account so shell send me a link to create an account online . I could not believe she just wasted my time like this . She didnt even offer to help me create the account on line and she wasnt really answering my questions . This is terrible . I hate to say it but this is very discriminating. Every one else in this was white .
