      image Disappointed. Pool was closed which was not advertised. Rate remained the same in spite of this and also meals are no longer included as they were months ago. New restaurant that is contracted for breakfast is disappointing. I was so sad this is my go to place to stay for business when I come out here. We will be changing our stay next time.
      Rooms: The rooms were clean and that was very appreciated.
      Food & drinks: Not included anymore like it used to be. Extremely limited options. Items were literally crossed off the menu and the buffet was limited. Be prepared for extra charges to eat mediocre food.
      Noteworthy details: The pool was closed yet the rate remained the same. In addition they have contracted out the restaurant with a third part instead of the option to include meals before. Many of the menu items were literally crossed off, the buffet that had been diverse and appealing just six months ago was limited. The meals modest and the staff were rude to my family when they sat down. In addition to all of this we paid full price but the pool was shut down which was not advertised on the website.

      image Housekeeping stole my sneakers then a couple days later, they took (held) $156 from my card and canceled my reservation because they said they didnt think I was going to come. Then wanted me to pay again to stay because the money they held supposedly takes 24 hours to be deposited back into my account. I must say, I wont ever give them or Hilton Brand another cent of my money.

      image First time staying at this hotel and it was great. Hotel was super clean. Staff was friendly. They had the outdoor fire place going. Dinner time the dining room was full which means food was amazing. The hotel is has multiple food locations in the area if you wanted to explore. Decently priced.
