      Ms. Moore,I apologize; however, you are not a client of our agency. As I explained to you over the phone, since you are not a named insured on the policy, either of your sons who are policyholders would have to cancel their policy in writing. Also, you stated that they were leaving due to a price increase and not because of our service. I have been with this agency since 2019, so I have been serving your son's policies since they began. We appreciate their business, and if they have any issues, they are more than welcome to call me directly. Have a wonderful day!

      image Do not use Allstate as your insurance provider! Their claims process is an absolute nightmare! Poor communication and the process is a cluster!
