I called to inquire about a 2bdrm special and the pricing was good I asked if they accepted preferred employer discounts. After speaking to 2 leasing agents that were very knowledgeable about what I needed to do to apply for the apartment. It was the GM Julie that was a deal breaker for me, she came in asking for deposits before they even ran my credit and was very sure that every other apartment community did the same, she floundered in her unexperienced explanation and lack of knowledge that her 2 leasing agents seem to know, needless to say I'm glad that I saved myself the headache because this means if anything goes wrong this is where the decision will lye in the hands of someone that has know clue of her job without a policy book.... that she still don't know good luck on anyone applying...
