Newly Remodeled And Was Very Pleased With Our Stay! One Drawback Is Their Pillows Start Off Soft But Go Flat As A Flitter! So Take One Of Your Own From Home! Otherwise It Was A Great Stay!

I usually stay at a Holiday Inn no matter what city I am visiting. When I woke up my day started as usually at any holiday inn. My husband and I went to breakfast I left my purse in the room didnt think anything about. I thought I was protected and in a safe environment. I was wrong came back to the room my purse was gone and everything. I will never patronize this chain of hotel again and will warn family and friends about this.

We loved our stay here. Karen at the front desk was friendly and so helpful. The hotel overall was modern and very clean. We felt safe here during this pandemic. Our room was spacious, nicely-decorated and spotless. Everything looked new. The location was also great - we enjoyed going to Birkdale Center for a nice meal, some shopping and walking around after a long day in the car.
