Ordered roses for my wife which I have done several times over the last couple of years. Normally roses are fresh and beautiful. After arranging for an afternoon delivery I found that flowers were delivered at 1030am and sat in the sunlight on my porch until 230pm. Roses opened up and now look like they may not make it through Valentine's Day. Extremely disappointed especially with what I paid.

They delivered quickly but the prices are sort of outrageous for the flowers they provide. I purchased the deal of the day bouquet at $55( no picture provided) and after adding a balloon ($7), taxes, fees (wiring fee?? And delivery fees etc.) the total was $88 and Im sad to say I am beyond disappointed at the arrangement of flowers that I received for $55. I aim to support small businesses instead of corporations like Publix and Harris Teeter who also sell flowers but Im rethinking that decision.

My children's grandmother passed and I needed an arrangement for the funeral since we live in Louisiana. The obit did not mention my children by name (yes, divorced for 20 years) and they were her only two grandchildren so I wanted them to be represented. The arrangement took my breath away. The note with their names is right up front. Thank you so much.
