I wish there were more than five stars. What a exceptional experience having my espresso machine and grinder serviced: Prompt, fairly priced parts and service and absolutely delightful owner and staff!

My Wonderful Expobar espresso machine, 20 years old died! I sent messages to many companies to see if it could be repaired. The message was: it was not worth repairing ... even if it could be done. Then Jonathan replied, who repaired commercial machines for Tabor Espresso and said he believed he could repair it and reasonably. The magic began and I received my wonderful espresso machine which was again back in service. He generously added a bag of Sergios Espresso. Fabulous! Crema explodes.
The caveat, everyone at the company was so warm, generous and helpful to me. Even saving me the expense of Fex EXing this 50# machine by having one of their representatives meet up with me when she was delivering products nearby!
Can I give this company a 6****** rating?

Recently had them do some maintenance on my Rocket R58. They only took a few hours and my machine is good as new! Well worth the trip from VA. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices!
