Came down for breakfast around 6am, plugged in my phone which I'd forgotten to charge the night before, and was introduced not only to better ways to charge my phone at their breakfast bar setup (I'm not the most tech savvy person...) by Theresa - who is the friendliest person I've met running a motel breakfast bar - and the man in charge of the desk. Fine breakfast, good coffee, friendly people who get your day off to a good start, and comfortable accommodations - what more can a person ask for?
Rooms: comfortable beds, clean bathroom, good lighting
Noteworthy details: Great staff - friendly but not in-your-face at breakfast

I stayed at this hotel for an extended period while repairs were being done on my house. The staff is wonderful!! They're friendly, helpful, and personable...really fantastic customer service. The breakfast is quite good, too. There's lots of options (including healthy items like egg white omelettes and Chobani yogurt), and the staff is extremely attentive in making sure everything is clean and well stocked. As a special touch, they hand wrap the apples and write encouraging notes on the bananas! It may sound corny, but it brightens your day seeing the care and pride they put into their work.
The rooms here are pretty basic. Nothing fancy. But they're clean, and they serve their purpose. The beds are comfortable, and I found the hotel to be very quiet overall. Honestly, though, its really the staff that makes this hotel shine!! I've stayed in lots of hotels and rarely encounter workers who are this pleasant and devoted to what they do.
