Other than waiting on hold for over 7 minutes in the parking lot to register upon arrival, I had a VERY pleasant experience. Dr. Melendez-Gonzalez performed a minor procedure. She was wonderful!

I received excellent care yesterday at this facility. Dr. Coates and Dr. Shukla were professional and attentive and took my concerns seriously. They administered the care I needed and have already followed up with test results and next steps in treatment. I'm very grateful for the competence and care of the entire staff at this clinic.

Waited months for a referral to the clinic, just to be told they can only see me via tella health. How can you be thorough and check psoriasis of the scalp on a women with long hair through a picture? The receptionist didnt care and told me to go somewhere else. Referrals through insurance just dont work that way Jennifer M. Sad to be treated so rudely when you just want to feel human again..
