Two things stung me like a yellow jacket. To get 50 checks it cost almost 50 $ at Final Horizon. At Walmart 200 checks 9 $.When I wanted to withdraw 14500 $ I was told it would take 8 days to let me have my money back in my hand. When you deposit your money they consider it theirs. Victim of transfer of accounts from SunTrust to First Horizon in so called "merger" between BB& T and SunTrust. First Horizon won't make appointments, won't pick up their phones, and won't close accounts and see to it that I get my money out of my accounts with them. I tried to make appointments last week when they were still answering the phone and they said, "call back." Now they don't answer. They are thieves.

Truly horrible experience in the transfer of Suntrust accounts to this bank. I wish someone had notified us that we could continue with the same banking company in another location. I received an email that the transition was complete, and although I can log into my account, I cannot see any balance or transaction details nor can I get any response on the local phone or several toll-free numbers despite spending hours in the attempt today. I have already contacted Suntrust/Truist about transferring my account back.
