      image First time staying here while in Hendersonville. Overall the hotel is a really nice place to stay. Room was a touch outdated but overall very clean as well as the whole hotel. Reception staff was welcoming and helpful. Close enough to downtown. 30 minutes to Chimney Rock. There is plenty of parking. Breakfast was a typical hilton breakfast. The kitchen attendant was kind and helpful. My sta there was 4/5/24-4/7/24

      image Me and my partner have decided to make Hampton inn our favorite place to stay when we go on our adventures. This has been the 3rd one we have stayed in and I couldnt be anymore happier with their service, how clean the rooms are, bathrooms are always nice and clean. Bedsheets always clean no stains and the bed is so comfortable. This time we tried the breakfast and they have a lot of options so Im very happy with that. I didnt have a view like I did in Tennessee but I cant complain. Keep doing a great job. Definitely have my business
      Rooms: Very clean, housekeeping is awesome aswell.
      Nearby activities: The mountains, but it is placed in a very good area with lots of choices for food.
      Safety: I didnt feel unsafe at all here.
      Food & drinks: Their complementary breakfast has a lot of yummy options. Apples, bananas, different type of cereal, different type of juices, has waffles etc etc. Definitely a good way to start your day.

      image Terrible experience. Internet was not working. Was not told that at check-in. Air worked great until it was time to go to sleep and was turned off around midnight until 5 AM. When the air was working, it was great, but when it would cut off, it blew out heat. Talked to the manager, Justin Moody, about this and his comment, I can give you some courtesy Hilton points, if that is what you want. No Mr. Moody, its not what I wanted. I wanted a comfortable nights sleep without being deprived of air conditioning and internet.

      image Last stop for our trip and for the cost / quality of this room compared to most of the rest of our trip I was disappointed. Wasnt anything particularly wrong just very overpriced for what you get.
