      image They (not necessarily this branch, but the organization as a whole) closed my checking account. There was basically no communication when this occurred, whether or not it was my error or NCSECU's error. Communication is key.

      image My son came in there on 9-13-2023 to have a truck looked at to see if he could get it finance. The manat the credit union made him feel as if he was not good enough. He has been a member since he was 14 Years old. Is this how you really do business. Yes it was 4:30 but there is no reason to treat a member like that or anyone else.you need toget people that want to work.

      image Great service, fair rates, great people. I have been an LGFCU member for 10 through SECU, and I can't say enough good things about this community-focused credit union. It serves people, not profits, and the difference from commercial banks is very clear.
