Fast, and efficient was able to rent a mailbox I needed temporary for a move I am in transition with. Andrew and Jeff work well as a team to get me signed up and answered my questions. They are a great asset to MAIL BOX & PACK. thanks guys!

Every time I've gone here, the customer service is so friendly, helpful and personal. I recently worked with Tim (I think he is the owner?) on a custom box, and he was just so nice, communicating about it with me multiple times and willing to figure it out with me. He even called me later to make sure I was satisfied with it. I'm not sure if that's a service they normally provide, but whatever the service, my impression is that they really try to work with you to get what you need.
