First off, when I tried to check in, I was told it would be another 30 minutes. I was on a deadline, but I ran a quick errand and then called to see if rooms were available. Was put on hold 3 times, so I decided to drive back anyway. Keep my phone on. Walked in the lobby where 2 staff members were talking. Asked if I could check in now. Was asked if I had a reservation. I replied, "Yes, and I have been on hold almost 13 minutes. At that point, she said, "Well, you could see we were busy when you walked in. So I guess staff talking is busy and not as important as customer service. Took forever to get checked on and was actually sent outside to finish the process. Do this place old and they are not up to date with technology. Customer service is the pits. The room was clean but very small. Barely enough room to walk between the bed and TV stand. And also beware, homeless outside smoking Marijuana. Never again will I spend my money at this place.

I booked a reservation for my husband at this hotel. It is near the hospital and he had to visit Greenville to see his mom, in the hospital. The staff of this 'Quality' Inn denied being able to find his reservation and he was forced, after a long day's drive, to go find another hotel. Conveniently, they were able to find our credit card, because we were charged for the visit. Eventually, we were able to fight enough to get most of our money back ... WITH A PENALTY! BEWARE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Very good hotel, clean room, everything work, wish the window was clear enough to see threw, but I will be most definitely return.
