      image We signed up for services for my mother for three days a week. They develop  a plan of care but they do not follow. We have contacted the management about this repeatedly with no change.I've left notes to no avail.Why do we stay with them? We have tried other area services and they are not much better.  At least  VA  showS up 2 of the 3 days we agreed upon where other services were not showing and not informing us.

      image Couldn't get a aid that would work and a 10 minute drive was way to hard for them to show up externally poor communication no work ethics and the care was below standards. So even 1star is really to much.
