DONT RECOMMEND I FEEL LIKE WEVE BEEN SCAMMED!! My plumbing/drainage made rattling noises when I flushed the toilet/sinks etc. I spoke to the repair technician in person who inspected the noise with me on site. After diagnosing the issue, he went to make a call to his office to see if the repair was covered under my insurance. 5 mins later, he came back inside and told me that there would NOT be any charges and that my insurance will cover it. I said ok good my insurance told me the same thing. I left the house to go to work, and while at work I get a call from tech and his office saying that I need to pay over $345 because he had came across a different issue. I tried to explained to both of them that the tech said there would
Not be any charges per our conversation after his inspection. I Spoke to his office told him that the tech said I didnt have to pay anything, his office insisted that his tech didnt tell me that and kept denying. Very bad business practice highly DO NOT recommend. Scammed or bad business practice is exactly this.
After both parties agree that there would not be any charges after inspection, you dont go randomly find issue to charge your customer

Bare tech is awesome. We had to have sewage pipe replaced and they was here first thing prompt and very curtious...God bless this company Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I called Bare tech to what turned out to be a broken gate valve. Easy to get to. Should have been a relatively simple repair and they came at a time when I could not be there. My fault for not getting a price upfront. Charged me $320 for something that should not have taken an hour to replace a $15 part. Asked a different plumbing company what it should have cost and they said about $115 to $125. Not a company that I can trust or recommend. Pays to get an estimate up front even though you will still be charged for the $85 service call.

Several years ago we had granite countertops in the master bath installed by ProStone Granite in Greensboro. (Prostone is a superb outfit that does excellent work). Hired Bare-Tech (what kind of name is that anyway?, an immediate tip off of a not too bright outfit...) to install faucets and traps. What a mistake! The installer overtightened the drain fitting and the porcelain sink cracked and broke under the pressure of too tight fitting about an hour after he left. These are to be hand tightened / no more. Bare-Tech would not stand behind it and I had to pay Prostone to bust out the sink and replace it as well as pay for the 2nd sink myself. I subsequently installed the drain myself which I should have done to begin with. A very unreputable outfit - avoid at all cost.
