I have now used this company to clean out a blocked pipe so that my family could continue to actually use our plumbing AND to dig up my front yard and remove and replace a section of my plumbing that was around 3/4ths blocked by a tree root. They came and got the problem fixed and everyone in the house is pleased to be able to use the plumbing without restrictions again. I would have loved to have spent less money on the repairs but have zero complaints past that. It cost what it cost and the work was expertly done. I personally 100% recommend this company. The two plumbing pros, Mr. Anderson and Isai (not sure of his last name), were great and did a hell of a good job. Thanks for the great work. Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing pipe repair

We had a broken sewer pipe that, due to its original installation in 1987, had been routed through our neighbors' property. Since the break was on the neighbors' side of the fence separating our lots, we needed a new line installed on our side.
The work was started and completed in timely fashion and was, by all indications, very professionally done. Communication was consistently good, and everyone involved gets a high recommendation on that count.
The price, however... wow. It was through the roof, beyond anything we could have expected, especially after a couple of other consultations. Had this not been an emergency situation, we would have spent more time consulting with various contractors and obtaining additional quotes. Those we did get were considerably less, but we chose Mr. Rooter because their evaluation did strike us as the most comprehensive and time was of the essence. Thus, while the work may have been completed at a "fair" price, I'd be hard pressed to claim it was a "good" value when you consider that the full week's work cost nearly $60K for approximately 50 ft of new sewer line.
