2 hours for a cleaning is insane to me they should close this place! And really bad communication!!

Don't take your kids to this office. They deserve better!
1. Unorganized. If you have a 8am appointment, you will not get to be seen until 9am or 9:30am. They are booking more appointments than the staff can handle. They won't even allow for you to book your follow-up with the same dentist.
2. Unconcerned. There was no TP, hand soap, paper towels or hand sanitizer in the bathrooms. I told someone at the front desk and no one moved to take care of it.
4. Unfriendly. The dentist didn't even introduce herself to me or my child. My child was terrified. Instead of taking a little extra time to comfort him. They almost immediately opted to wrap him in a straight jacket like a mental patient to keep him still.
3. Sloppy Work. We were told that my son needed 4 fillings and 4 silver caps. Initially, it seemed extensive, but we were willing to give our kid the care he needed. Several months later, one of his silver caps randomly fell off. He wasn't eating anything. It just fell out. We decided to find a new pediatric dentist to fix the cap. Our new office is wonderful. The new dentist was in awe of how bad of a job they did on my son's teeth. Turns out these people put the wrong size caps on all of my son's teeth. He has to take antibiotics for an infection and get all his caps replaced. Some of the the teeth didn't even need to have caps. So they were drilling and "fixing" teeth that didn't need fixing.
Save yourself the trouble.

That set our appointment for 8am. They get to building at 8 and have to set up for 1/2 hour and at 830 move you to a room with other clients that has about 8 chairs and you wait another 20 minutes at least before your seen. Everything is setup for Dentists convenience not patients. They stack patients and want you to wait an hour after your set appointment. They definitely shouldnt set an appointment before 830 because they arent going to get to you until 9. The one star is for the really nice dentist.
