      image Both ATMS didnt work. One said out of service. The other was green and just had a blank screen. Before opening so nothing that could help me. Waste of time driving over here. They should have working machines for customers. Other banks they dont have these issues.

      image This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a Wells Fargo branch. Three people stood behind the counter, but we had to wait in line for the only person assisting a line of customers. There was no one in the car line, so those two had nothing to do but chat with each other. The one teller was slow and unfriendly. She made a simple transaction (a deposit) stupidly difficult. I will never go back to this branch again, and I'm considering looking elsewhere for a bank if Wells Fargo thinks this is the way a business should be run.
