      image Black lady with the glasses is very disrespectful and dont really respect people time. Whether you call and make a reservation or maybe you have some questions about the reservation youve already made. She will do everything in her power NOT to do her job nor accommodate with any of the customers at that give moment. Come here at your own risk.

      image These people will literally waste your time. I have a reservation to pick up a car that was supposed to be available. I literally drove hours to be here and they have just wasted my time and money because there is actually no car available at all and they have no idea when a car will be available.. Im annoyed this is very unprofessional. The only option they give is to wait around for a car to maybe or maybe not be retire but no guarantee because its first come first serve.. yikes. Bad for business.
