Simpson Real Estate Appraisals

I recently had an appraisal by Tracy Simpson, she underestimated our home from between 40 to 80 thousand dollars. When I called her, I asked her to work with me to resolve the grave error and she hung up the phone on me. I called again hours later and I asked, please work with me to fix this problem she again hung up the phone on me. She estimated our home at 522,000 dollars where on Redfin is 604,000, Movoto.com 608,000 and on Zillow is 546,200. Ms Simpson also made a mistake in our square footage, she wrote 3100 but it is 3551 square feet. Any person that you call and you speak very kindly to her, to resolve this mistake and hangs up the phone on you, is not someone I would ever do business with. We are all entitled to make a mistake but we should fix our mistakes. I paid 800.00 dollars for her to do this Appraisal and I am very dissapointed. I would not do business with her again.
