This hotel was very disappointing. I had roaches in my room and the hallways smelled. It is in desperate need of upgrading.

The hotel was to Small for the Continental breakfast. this was a non-smoking hotel in my room reep of cigarette tobacco the first night I stayed in the room the second night I was moved to another room. I informed the front desk that my room has smelled like cigarette smoke and that I had gone out and brought Lysol. Also put down a $100 deposit in cash and I wanted to make sure that I received it back. What I didn't like was a group of people sitting on me for the entrance, drinking and smoking and loud. The hotel can use and update but I don't think I will be staying there in the future. Thank you for your service.

I never have problems with beds and have spent a lot of time sleeping on floors and in cars with no issue, but the bed here absolutely destroyed my back. The floors in the hallways and my room were dirty/sticky upon arrival and throughout the stay. Desk staff was just going through the motions and not very welcoming. All first world problems, but for the price I'd go elsewhere.

This is the second time we've stayed at this Best Western, and we'll be back. To start, the front desk staff are very friendly and personable, they are also very competent and helpful. They'd always greet us with a smile and ask if we needed anything.
The location, although a little confusing, is great and there's plenty of parking. The area is fairly quiet, right across the street from Walmart. However, the homeless are moving in - there was a homeless camp within a half mile of the hotel. The bathroom was well appointed and had plenty of towels.
The only downside? Breakfast is only open from 6:30 to 8:30 am, and weekends -7:30 - 9:30. There were no go bags available.
One desk clerk stood out from the other staff. Narissa (not sure of the spelling but this is close.) The owner of this hotel needs to give all of the employees a raise to keep them - the owner was lucky to find employees like these!
Rooms: Nice and comfy, great bathroom.
