      image 5/31/23 1:50pm. The tellers here are lazy. Went to get a paper notorized for my son to be married, had to break up the 3 tellers conversation only to be dismissed by the one. She said my son had to be present even tho his sign. Wasn't needed. Went to another branch and they listened to what I said read the paper and did what should have been done.

      image This branch has rude customer service, very inconsiderate to their customers. And barely give you a dime even after banking with them for years. The one on wayne memorial is much better. The one on ash street needs to be shut down. The bank on ash street gives SECU a poor name.

      image For the lady saying the ash street branch has a high turnover of employees probably doesn't bank there a whole lot. I have been banking there for years and have always seen the same smiling faces.
