5 months ago I began the process of refinancing my house. I had all of the paperwork uploaded into their online portal within 3 weeks. It is now mid February and I still haven't closed. Each time I contact the mortgage officer or underwriter, they never respond. Unbelievable. I have had my mortgage with them for 10 years, so its not like my credit is bad. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Thank God I don't bank at BB&T/Truist!

Had BB&T for 3 years.. I got the app threw BB&T for my balances.. In the order they gave my text to my phone from there Web site it was no over drafts.. So they mixes all the chargers and made my account over daft.. They of course said some was pending.. On my texts that goes to my account never said it till they mixed up the way my money was spend.. It was 388 dollars they stold.. I when back and showed them on my alerts threw my phone in the order it was spent .. It didn't matter to these theft they don't care if you got kids to feed or not..I will be going to open account some where elses.. Causes Lords knows I don't need a bank stealing money off me.. Who ever banks with this bank keep eye on your money because this bank don't do anything but steal off people. A blonde headed lady with moles on her face was very rude. She didn't mind stealing money and didn't even try to help.. Bet it's in her account now get a new face with my money since this bank steals money..

Always has been a good bank to do business with! Recently, the teller staff was incredibly helpful and tenacious with helping me to efficiently move around balances between other banks’ accounts and theirs. Impressive customer service!

Lindsay is the greatest at helping you with any problems you have with your card, or if you need new services to receive the best they have. Not only Lindsay the staff is also very nice and helpful.

Arbitrarily holds funds on deposits. ATM works for deposits only 80% of the time. No clear policy on funds being held makes it very difficult to manage cash flow when running a small business. Personal bankers are not sensitive to these needs and only blame "the system"
