I have been working with Pat DiGirolamo for five years.
- He was very competent during our first meetings. This was my first property I was putting up for rent, and he did a great job walking me through the whole process.
- Pat does an awesome job sub contracting and supervising work done on my house; every fix/improvement he has coordinated has been very high quality work, done on time and for very reasonable prices.
- Pat also helps me make decisions; I do not live in Garner nor do I know a lot about rentals, so he lets me know what the housing market is looking for. So far due to his recommendation my house has been rented out to three different renters over five years with little time vacant (about a month total).
- When issues arise he is very prompt about informing me there is an issue, then he does a little more research and provides me with a detailed update and way to fix the problem.
I can’t say enough about Pat, he has been a pleasure to work with. His actions while managing my home has proven to me that I can trust him with my most valued investment.
