The trashs pick up has been late for the pass few weeks, this week they literally never showed up and my trash has been sitting by the curve since Tuesday. I called them Thursday morning and they said theyre supposed to pick it up Friday, well its Friday and a no show. Terrible service!

Unreliable service with consistent quarterly price increases. If you have other options for garbage/trash pick up, I would seek them out.

I have cancelled my service. Trash has been at the road for 7 days. I contacted the garner location every day and got unsatisfactory responses for why it was not collected. I would not recommend gfl to anyone.
