Waited in drive through for 20 mins to cash my wells Fargo pay check from the company I work for, was asked to come inside, they then made me wait in another line for 45 mins. When I finally got to the counter they told me they could not cash my check because of some discrepancy they could have told me about when I was in the drive through! Courtesy is not something that is embraced at wells Fargo. They just want to waste your time. Thanks for an hour half of my time! Why can't people just be respectful of others?

Free up your entire day if you plan to stop in here. Also don't bring your change/coins here as they will make you put it into rolls yourself and count it again after you already have. Pretty sad for a financial institution

So I went in a week ago to discuss the necessary information needed to add and remove signatures to a non-profit company at this branch since it's the closest. Spoke
with banker (with no appt.). Got the necessary paperwork, today, along with our new director which drove further and then (he) would not see us because we didn't have an appointment. Take your business elsewhere! Short staffed.

Generally my branch in Fuquay Varina does an excellent job
