Alonso drove my husband and me from a rehab facility to a medical center and back. He was a careful driver and the traffic was heavy, especially coming from Raleigh in late afternoon. We felt safe.

Very bad transportation service!! They drive crazy not safe 98% of the time! They make you wait up to 3 hours to come get you and take you 99% of the time and then when they finally do decide to come get you they don't take you straight home most of the time!! Instead they go pick up other people to take home as if they didn't have plenty of time to do so before picking you up!! And they don't apologize or care either!! They act like people don't have lives and other things to do but wait on them forever in a dang day!! No wonder they only have a one star review and people are switching to other companies!!!!

Handicapped Van # 06 this morning cut me off in traffic on Cliffdale Road. Speeding through a school zone, hope there were no passengers on this van. Bad business to have an unsafe driver with your business name and phone number on the side of it. No pictures of the van, because I was driving safe unlike your driver.
