I started going here about 3 yrs ago. At first they were on point. But in just the last 4 to 5 months they have really become unavailable to anyone. I was out of my medication for over a month and the pharmacy said they kept faxing them. Now I'm out of another med and the phone lines have been busy or disconnected for well over a week. The doctors and staff are always very nice, and have helped me very much every time I go. Won't go anywhere else. Nowhere has helped me like they have.

Would be nice if they would get off their butts and answer the phone. Got a call from them to call them back it's important information about my lab results. After 3 days of calling from the moment they open until the hour they close no one has answered the phone.
