I opened a savings acct there over 2 yrs ago put in $1000 came back today to learn that they have been charging me $20 a month for inactivity the last 5 months so basically it cost me $100 just to have a savings w them ... closed acct went back to ft liberty credit union no warning letter..no statements ...nothing.

This is the absolute worst bank to deal with. I have had nothing but bad experinces. Nobody seems to know anything they only transfer person to perosn then someone hangs up on you. DO NOT FINANCE a vehicle here. You try to get pay off letter and they give you a run around talking about specialist has to call you. I never seen that you have to beg someone to pay them. They are not bank of there word. How hatd is it so send email showing / stating total payoff amount
