I had a great experience with HallmarkSpa and Pool company. I purchased a pool motor from them and had it shipped to me in Texas. The motor arrived in a timely fashion but was damaged in shipment (not Hallmarks fault). The owners' Mark andSheila took care of resolving it pronto by having a new motor sent. They followed up with phone calls to me to make sure everything was okay and that I was satisfiedwith the replacement motor. They also providedlots of help and answeredall myquestions. The customer service was top notch. I was very satisfiedwith theway theyhandledthings. 5 star service! Gene South in Texas

Our family has been coming here since I was a kid, they are awesome and super friendly. Best place for all swimming pool and all Billard supplies! If you have questions, or need something they don't have, just ask they can get it for you..
