Returned a car and they failed to close it out on the day I returned it. I have been on hold for 1 hr and 35 minutes now waiting to talk to someone. The staff at this location is very rude and impatient with everyone they interact with if they ever answer the phone in the first place. Go literally anywhere else. Hitchhike if you must!
- It's now 10am and they still have not answered and just hung up.

I picked up a rental vehicle while my truck was being repaired. The process was very easy. The team greeted me upon arrival, asked name and immediately pulled up my request from my insurance. The vehicle I rented was washed and cleaned before I was taken out to check for any damage. They made the rental process very easy and painless. I was even able to leave vehicle at repair shop for them to pick up after I got my truck back. Highly recommended this Enterprise location. Thank you!
