The Recliners on display they never have in stock false advertising. And they refused to sale any of display chairs. Also the chair I finally bought lasted 2 weeks

Never will shop here again last night I came in to purchase furniture and employees in that department had the ugliest attitudes. I'll take my money and shop where I'm not rushed because they are closing in 30 minutes.

My mother is Margie Dance she is a big fan of Biglots and in there a few times out the week. Today just so happened I was able to spend the day and join her we stopped into this stores here we both have been. I asked a new woman whos face I havent seen for help her attitude was just nasty from the beginning. After her getting someone else to assist me because it was clear she did not want to do anything but stand where she was and finish her conversation. It wasnt until a little bit later I over heard the furniture associate tell someone hold on he would go ask the new store manager and then he walked up to her. Im just so disappointed in this company and how you believe its okay for your role models to treat me as if I wasnt good enough big or her to help me maybe she doesnt like black people idk but it wasnt very welcoming. My mother has decided to stop shopping as this store me on the other hand will never spend a dime here AGAIN!!!

Good morning, I am a regular repeat customer at the BigLots in our small town in Elzaibeth City NC. I shop here a few times out the week because the store is always well recovered, prices are great but most of all the associates are always so inviting. Everyone always has a smile on their face and is so friendly and the short conversations at check out or when just browsing the isles will change anyones bad and lonely day. Last week and today when I went into the store you can just feel a different type of energy when entering I still get welcomed and see a smile when I walk through the doors but its not the same excitement or true welcoming feeling. It just felt as if they were being scripted, you could see a lot of stress in the faces not as many genuine smiles and small talk as before. I have noticed a new lady that has just been standing around in furniture or up at the front watching the employees do their job and maybe this could be the reason they seem stressed but thats not good energy to bring into a amazing store. All of the associates treated everyone as family between themselves and with all the customers and now I feel as if Im shopping at another Walmart and they are just there for a check.

Yucky who is the new store manager cassy? I guess hiring rude, over the top nasty attitude, lazy store manager was apart of the new changes being made within the company along with raising prices. Will not shop here again and will let everyone at the country club know how unprofessional and pure ignorant this lady was. Who wants to spend hard working money where your not respected?
