I don't usually leave reviews, but I have had bad experiences with plumbers in the past and I want to help others out: These guys are straight forward, quick, and nice. They drove to my mom's and spearheaded the problem. They even took their shoes off, that's a +1.

Edited - The owner of the company contacted me to apologize and to explain that some of his plumbers are comfortable with masking and some are not and that my request was not assigned correctly. The owner stressed that they as a company are very willing to work with customers' masking preferences and sent out a plumber the very next day (who was understanding about our situation and wore a mask as requested) to assess our broken hot water heater and provide estimates for replacement. I appreciated this personal response to my original review and clarification of the company's policies.

Immuno-compromised household. Plumber was very responsive on the phone to my masking request but once at my home, where he was asked to please wear a mask he indicated that the company was "past all that" and that he would not do the work and immediately left without discussing our situation further. Be advised that if your household is still requiring masks for health reasons during covid, this company will not work with you.
