Have had an absolutely horrible relationship with Armstrong. We did not know that we were working with them initially. We started to work with a freight broker (Tread Logistics) who changed their invoicing and billing to Armstrong. Out of nowhere we were getting past due invoices for OTHER COMPANIES that they were putting us as the bill to. We never received invoices in the mail or via email. Trying to call or email anyone falls on deaf ears, empty commitments of clearing it up and repeated issues. Today they reported us late to DNB on an invoice THAT IS NOT OURS! Horrible experience! I suggest if you do use this group to monitor your invoices/bills and do not trust that they correct issues. We were told numerous times that they had corrected the issues, later to find out that they had in fact not fixed anything. I can't tell you how many emails I have sent to all the contacts we have and get no response, or "we will look into it and get back to you soon", which of course they do not.

Horrible. I book a load with David Moyers.. he was emailing and text every second to get a ETA and proof of delivery. Which I understand. However, i was rushing and sent all the bols including the sign BOL. He immediately said ohhh ima have to deduct $300.00 from your pay because you sent the wrong BOL so I pulled over on the side of the road and showed him and the payment accounted team. The correct paperwork that the receiver had sign and they still took $300.00 from me I honestly think they are just a ripoff and a bunch of liars. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
